Order Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

You can cancel your order at no cost at any point before the parcel has been assigned an AWB tracking number and dispatched from our fulfillment facility.

To cancel, call customer care immediately at +91 9990788871 (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST) or email info@ayurniti.com with your Order ID.

2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once a consignment is handed over to the courier partner, an in-transit cancellation cannot be processed from the dashboard. In such cases, you may decline acceptance of the parcel when the courier agent attempts delivery.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch will receive a 100% refund initiated back to the original payment channel within 24 to 48 hours.
