Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing and Fulfillment

All orders placed on Ayurniti.com are processed from our GMP manufacturing and fulfillment hub in Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana (131028). Orders received before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday through Saturday) are typically verified, quality-inspected, and packed within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metros & Major Tier-1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days following dispatch.
• Tier-2 & Regional Destinations: 5 to 7 business days following dispatch.
• Remote or North-East Locations: 7 to 9 business days depending on courier connectivity.

3. Shipping Charges

We provide FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders with a cart subtotal of ₹999 or above. Orders below ₹999 incur a nominal standard delivery charge of ₹99 across India.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your consignment is collected by our courier partner (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees), a unique tracking Air Waybill (AWB) number and live tracking link will be communicated via SMS and email. You can also monitor your parcel anytime on our Track Order page.

5. Delivery Delays
